After failing to be re-elected as the President of the United States, Selina is being vetted for a Supreme Court appointment, and her positions on abortion are being reviewed. She jokes: “Well, I can give them my actual abortion if I can find it lying around here somewhere.”  It's not clear if she's actually referring to a past abortion or is making a joke.
