Abortion portrayal

The Facts of Life (television)


Natalie fabricates a story for the school newspaper about an unnamed Eastland student who had an abortion. When pressured to reveal her non-existent source, Natalie refuses. Another student, Annie, comes forward and shares that she had an abortion and that she was the source, as she assumed Natalie had heard about her abortion. Natalie faces consequences for fabricating the story.
