Coco discovers that she's pregnant, and her friend Kelsey shares that she'll be there to support Coco no matter what decision she makes. She gives Coco a massage, makes her tea, and comforts her. Unlike in many other televised abortion portrayals, Coco talks about using condoms and enjoying sex, making jokes about anal sex and also about being thankful that she doesn't live in a state with onerous abortion restrictions. We see Coco searching online to find out information about abortion, and also looking in the mirror and imagining herself with a pregnant belly. Coco and Kelsey go to the abortion clinic, where Coco envisions what her life would be like if she decided to carry the pregnancy to term, including dropping her daughter off at college and hoping that her daughters gets to have the life and career she didn't have. Ultimately, Coco decides to have the abortion, and we see her walk into the clinic for the procedure.
