Virali Modi-Parekh is ANSIRH's Strategic Communications Director. With 17 years of experience in communications, strategy, and advocacy on health and environment, her focus is on translating science and research to help shift prevailing narratives. Virali has led brand, digital, and program communications for organizations focused on women’s health, environmental health, and climate. Her writing has been featured in USA Today, the Huffington Post, and the Hill, and she has won press in the New York Times, Financial Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Guardian, Associated Press, and Reuters. Virali received her BS in Environmental Science with Honors from Brown University, and her MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley.
