Experts on LARC, or long acting reversible contraception, think that there is significant room for growth in LARC uptake, but no universal belief in LARC as a “magic bullet.” In addition, there is virtually no support among LARC experts for potentially coercive policies aimed at incentivizing LARC provision or use.
