Wild (film)


Based on Cheryl Strayed's bestselling memoir of the same name, this movie follows her solo hike across the Pacific Crest Trail. Her mother's death lead her into a deep depression, which she tried to cope with through drugs and sex, destroying her marriage. After realizing she's pregnant and having an abortion, she resolves to "redeem" herself through the hike.
