Muffy, a student of Penfield girls school, falls in love with a male student in 1955. Muffy becomes pregnant and arranges to have an illegal abortion. The provider shares that he performs abortions because he believes women have the right to decide when to bring life into the world. Unfortunately, the abortion results in her death.
