Abortion portrayal

The Life Zone (film)

Three women who wanted to have abortions wake up to find they've been kidnapped and held captive by a doctor, who intends for them to carry their pregnancies to term. The women are dressed in nightgowns while reading and watching propaganda on why abortion is bad. After a while, two of the women realize that what they were about to do was wrong, and agree to carry their pregnancies to term, whilst the third still resists and tries to force a miscarriage. Suddenly it is revealed that the two women who gave birth were never real; it turns out that third died during her abortion and the doctor had committed suicide. The movie states that they are both in hell. [Summary via Wikipedia]
