One hundred years after the Jack the Ripper murders, a young doctor named John becomes a suspect when a series of copycat killings is committed. John visits the house of an ex-girlfriend, who he had seen at his clinic trying to get an abortion despite being a few days after the legal limit. John shows up to visit her, and unbeknownst to him, a co-worker named Jack is there to provide her abortion at home. By the time John arrives, his ex-girlfriend is dead. Jack strangles John in a panic, and becomes the new suspect.
