Noah finds a pregnancy test in his apartment. After mistakenly thinking it was his wife's, he discovers that it belongs to his daughter, 17-year-old Whitney. She won't disclose who the father of the pregnancy is, so he goes to her abortion appointment to find out. He discovers that it's Scott, the brother-in-law of the woman with whom he's having an affair. Noah has to be restrained in order not to attack Scott.
